Somany Institute of Technology & Management was established under the aegis of Swatantrata Senani R.D. Somany Shikshan Sansthan which is an embodiment of the vision and inspiration of Swatantrata Senani Sh. R.D. Somany. He was a veteran freedom fighter and an educationist. Somany Sansthan is working in the interest of Education, Social upliftment & National Interest since 1945, even before independence.

SITM is the buzz name of Somany Institute of Technology & Management, The Institute was very well established in 2000 with a clear vision of providing quality technical education for higher studies. Today, the institute is known for imparting excellent technical & professional education in the field of Engineering & Management.
